Skullcap

How to Use Scullcap

• Can be used in teas, tinctures, or encapsulated form. Use over an extended period of time to receive the full benefit of this herb. 

Directions for Skullcap Tea:
Pour a cup of boiling water onto 1-2 teaspoonfuls of the dried herb and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. This should be drank three times a day or as needed.

Cautions and Side Effects of Scullcap

• Do not use while pregnant or nursing. This herb may cause miscarriage.
